Cathleen Scott was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998 and has been board-certified by the Florida Supreme Court in the areas of Labor and Employment Law since 2006. Ms. Scott is a certified mediator and co-owner of ARC Mediation. She regularly lectures on employment law topics as well as alternative dispute resolution. She currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Section. She chairs the communications committee. She also chairs the Palm Beach County Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section. Ms. Scott is an accomplished litigator who practices in both state and federal courts. She is licensed in the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. She has handled appeals of employment matters in the Fourth District Court of Appeal as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal.

Ms. Scott serves clients throughout the state of Florida and has two full-service offices in both Jupiter and West Palm Beach, Florida.

Ms. Scott lives in Jupiter, Florida with her husband, Matthew Thomas, physician-owner of Gardens Urgent Care. Her hobbies include martial arts, skiing and being with her family. Recently Ms. Scott and her son competed in National Tae Kwon Do tournament in Orlando, FL, where she walked away with a silver medal and two bronze medals.

Ms. Baker earned her law degree from The Ohio State University, and her undergraduate business degree in Business Economics and Public Policy, with Honors, from Indiana University. Ms. Hanson received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from University of Nebraska College of Law in 2005. She received a B.A. in International Business Administration and Management Information Systems (Magna Cum Laude) from Creighton University in Nebraska in 2002. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005. She is licensed in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Ms. Hanson is on the Executive Council for the Labor and Employment Section of the Florida Bar. She is also a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, Florida Chapter as well as the Palm Beach County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and the Palm Beach County Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
