Cathleen Scott & Associates, P.A. offers quality legal services to employers and employees in the areas of labor and employment as well as healthcare law. Cathleen Scott was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998 and has been Board Certified by the Florida Supreme Court in the areas of Labor and Employment Law since 2006. Ms. Scott is a certified mediator and co-owner of ARC Mediation. She regularly lectures on employment law topics as well as alternative dispute resolution.

Involved in multiple organizations, Ms. Scott currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Section and chairs the communications and social media committee. Additionally, Ms. Scott is an active member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), and former Vice President and current Southern District Area Representative to the Association’s Florida Chapter (Florida NELA). She is a member of the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers (FAWL) and former chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law CLE Committee Section.
Practicing in state and federal courts, Ms. Scott is an accomplished litigator and services clients throughout the state. She is licensed in the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, and handles appeals of employment matters in the Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal as well as the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal.

Ms. Scott is recognized as a “Super Lawyer” by Thompson Reuters through her high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievements, received an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale Hubble - the highest level of professional excellence, and was recently featured as a Top Attorney to Watch in 2014 by Attorney at Law Magazine.

Ms. Scott lives in Jupiter, Florida. Her hobbies include martial arts, skiing, and being with her family. Ms. Scott holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and has competed nationally – earning silver and bronze medals.

Attorney Deborah Scheps Baker is licensed in both Florida (2008) and Indiana (1995), practicing in the areas of employment, healthcare, contracts and corporate law. She is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. Ms. Baker earned her law degree from The Ohio State University, and her undergraduate business degree in Business Economics and Public Policy, with Honors, from Indiana University. Ms. Baker participates in community volunteer projects related to hunger, the homeless, children and families.

Ms. Wagner is experienced in matters of litigation, arbitration, and administrative hearings, and is admitted to practice in Florida state court, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. In addition, she handles appeals of employment matters in the Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal.

Actively participating in community associations, Ms. Wagner is Chairperson of the Labor and Employment CLE Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Vice Chair of the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Labor and Employment Committee for the American Bar Association, Social Media Committee Member of the Florida Bar Labor and Employment Section, Co-Chair of the Social Media Committee for the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers (FAWL), and a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, serving as Treasurer and Secretary of the Association's Florida Chapter.

Ms. Wagner was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Political Science and Journalism at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and her Juris Doctor at Stetson University in Gulfport, Florida. Subsequently, she earned a Graduate Certificate in Health and Hospital law from Seton Hall School of Law.

Her hobbies include running, martial arts, Ohio State football, and spending time with family.

Genevieve Napolitano

Ms. Napolitano is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.  Ms. Napolitano is a member of both the Palm Beach County and Martin County Bar Associations, and serves on the CLE Committee for the Labor and Employment Section of the Palm Beach County Association. She is also a member of the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association.

Ms. Napolitano earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida.  Ms. Napolitano has a passion for serving at-risk children and families in her community and is an active member of the Junior League of Martin County.  Her hobbies include running, the UCF Knights, and volunteering.
