Before joining the firm, Ms. Bellew worked as a law clerk at Gassman, Crotty and Denicolo, P.A. in Clearwater, Florida and helped with estate planning and asset protection issues. She also worked for USAID and the Urban Institute during her time at law school.
Ms. Bellew graduated cum laude from Ohio Northern University, Pettit College of Law with her Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws in Democratic Governance and the Rule of Law. She earned the highest mark in her International Human Rights course. She was the Managing Editor of the Ohio Northern Law Review. Ms. Bellew graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from Denison University. She has had the privilege of publishing two articles: Secession in International Law: Could ISIS Become a Legally Recognized State?, 42 Ohio N.U.L. Rev. 239 (2015) and Combating Campaign Finance Corruption in the United States: Why a Grass Roots Approach is the Only Solution, 39 U. Dayton L. Rev.____ (2016)(upcoming article).
Ms. Bellew is a member of the United States District Court of the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Young Lawyers’ Division of the American Bar Association. Ms. Bellew serves as Co-Treasurer for the National Employment Lawyers Association Florida Chapter.
Her hobbies include running, Ohio State football, and traveling.
