What should I do if I feel my company or employer has workplace hazards?

The employer has a duty to provide a safe and productive workplace. If there are certain things that are happening that make you feel unsafe or that something is a hazard you have a couple of options. You could report that hazard to human resources and depending on the severity of it you could also report it to OSHA or some other outside agencies. You can always have a consultation that’s confidential and private with an employment lawyer too, for some guidance on which would be the best course of action.
