If I am in a union, do all employment laws still apply?

If you’re in a union, you’re a lucky employee because not only do the regular labor and employment law statutes apply to you like everybody, you also get enhanced rights under what’s called the Collective Bargaining Agreement or the CBA. So as a union employee you have more rights than the average worker, who’s a non-union worker.
