Pam is licensed to practice in Florida, Missouri, Kansas, the Western District of Missouri, and the District of Kansas. Pam represented individual Plaintiffs in employment discrimination lawsuits before joining Scott Wagner and Associates. She handles all phases of trial and pretrial work, including writing motions, taking and defending depositions, preparing and analyzing discovery, preparing witnesses, and directing witnesses on the stand.
Pam earned her degree in English with a minor in Business from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. She then received her J.D. degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law where she was President of Phi Delta Phi, a member of Law Review, Program Editor for The Urban Lawyer, and represented her class in student government. While in law school, she wrote a case note which was published in The Urban Lawyer. She was also awarded with the Pro Bono Public Service Honor for providing over 100 hours of service to Legal Aid of Western Missouri.
Outside of work, Pam enjoys traveling, boating, kayaking, snorkeling, and paddle boarding.
