Pam is licensed to practice in Florida, Kansas, Missouri, the Middle District of Florida, the Northern District of Florida, the Southern District of Florida, the District of Kansas, and the Western District of Missouri. Prior to joining Scott Law Team, Pam practiced in employment law and corporate law in the Kansas City metropolitan area in both Kansas and Missouri. She handles all phases of trial and pretrial work, including writing motions, taking and defending depositions, preparing and analyzing discovery, preparing witnesses, and directing witnesses on the stand. Her experience representing both employees and employers gives her a unique perspective and enhances her skills in litigation and contract negotiations.
Pam earned her degree in English with a minor in Business from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. She received her J.D. degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law where she was President of Phi Delta Phi, a member of Law Review, Program Editor for The Urban Lawyer in which she was published and represented her class in student government. She was also awarded with the Pro Bono Public Service Honor for providing over 100 hours of service to Legal Aid of Western Missouri.
Pam enjoys traveling, boating, kayaking, snorkeling, and paddle boarding. She supports the community by volunteering for Bella’s Angels, a Palm Beach County not-for-profit organization that assists the families of local children with lifelong physical disabilities. Pam previously co-chaired the Labor & Employment Committee for the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and sat on two committees for the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
